    WHAT IS CRANIOSACRAL?
    CRANIO refers to the cranium, SACRAL refers to the sacrum of the human body. CranioSacral specialists work on these areas:
  • the hydraulic system consisting of the skeletal & cranial bones, the cerebro-spinal and other fluids, and brain/nerves of the body (to maximize nerve & brain functioning, to optimize brain development e.g. in children, and to improve fluid flow and thereby increase healing & detoxification,)
  • combined with energy work, e.g. release of tissue/membrane tensions (that e.g. may pinch nerves or hinder important fluid flow) and energy cysts.
  • and with normalizing of skeletal movements and correction of cranial & skeletal dislocations, which may be caused by accidents, impacts or even birth procedures like C-sections. No force is used, instead a unique method of light touch and the time factor, a method that slips under the defenses of the body.
